Full Description: We invite you to rent our vacation home in the desirable Indian Creek community, located 5 minutes from WDW, a mile from restaurants and shops on Highway 192 in Kissimmee, and less than an hour from both coasts and several MLB Spring Training camps. This villa has a lovely, south-facing, heated pool that is completely screened. The yard is fully fenced, affording you privacy as you lounge by the pool. Our home was adapted by the builder, the renowned Greater Construction Corporation, to be accessible for people with disabilities who use wheelchairs without losing any of the elegance of the original design. Most who rent this house don't even notice the accessibility features, as it is so integrated into the design. However, the house is completely ramped, and includes lowered light fixtures, a roll-in shower, grab bars, an accessible vanity and other features. We offer it to you as a vacation rental for you to use while visiting Orlando, Florida. The villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeps eight. Its large, fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen overlooks the dining and family rooms; the kitchen is complete with dishwasher and microwave. A utility room with washer, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board is off of the kitchen. The house is fully furnished with linens, kitchen tools, wireless internet, TVs, DVDs, stereo, CD player, books, board games, toys, pool toys, and many more amenities. Also includes a games room with pool table, foosball and dartboard. A high chair, crib, and stroller are also furnished. The villa's within walking/rolling distance to a children's playground, tennis courts, putting green, basketball hoops and a public golf course. We can help you arrange accessible transportation, lifts, and other accessible devices.
