Robert Costanza is the company’s sales representative for structural insulated panels. He is also a realtor with a Senior Real Estate Specialist designation who understands down sizing and lifespan purchasing. MM&I provides several Universal Designed home plans ranging from 1575 square feet to 1200 square feet. The company also provides a Universal Design space planning service to clients who have already selected a home plan and need assistance incorporating the UD principles into their set of plans. The company can assist incorporating UD principles into an existing home as well. MM&I Construction and Design, Inc. operate as an authorized dealer of Insulspan™ structural insulated panels.
